Our client, a subsidiary of a large stock-listed Conglomerate, is a leading, integrated food manufacturing company. We are looking to fill the following vacancies with highly competent, experienced, motivated, and results-oriented individuals:
- MSc or PhD in Nutrition or related discipline.
- 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years at Mid or Senior level.
- Prior experience in Product development of food, natural health and/or functional beverages
- Experience in Food manufacturing FMCG environment is a MUST.
- Six Sigma Certification.
- Have strong knowledge base of Plant based nutrition.
- MSc in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
- Registered and practising Animal Scientist.
- 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years at Mid or Senior level.
- Experience using Feed Formulation software is a Must.
- Experience with nutritional formulation, modelling and forecasting
- Minimum of MSc in Food Science, Nutrition or related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in quality Management (preferred), with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and the Food industry
- Six Sigma certification
- Intermediate project management skills
- BSc in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related Science field
- MEng will be an added advantage
- 7 years’ experience in Food Industry preferred, 2 of which should have been in Quality Assurance.
- Operating knowledge of Auto CAD
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- BSc in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Purchasing & Supply or related field.
- Relevant professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or any other recognised professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possession of MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience working in Logistics or Supply Management in FMCG.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detailed knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Management.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other Business-related discipline.
- ACA / ACCA /ACMA
- MBA in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Food processing/ FMCG industry.
- At least 5 years of the experience must be in Mid-Senior Management
- Knowledge of Financial Management, Accounting Policies and Standards
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- ACCA, ACA or other relevant and recognised Accounting professional qualification.
- MBA will be an added advantage
- 7 years’ experience as an internal auditor in FMCG, 2 years of which should be from an established Audit firm
- Well versed in different areas of Accounting
Thorough knowledge of various legislations regulating business.
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- MBA / MSc will be an added advantage
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Analytical mindset and good customer relationship.
- BSc /HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years as an e- Commerce /Digital Sales Executive in FMCG
- Good knowledge of different digital sales channels
- Proven experience with online Sales tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with web design.
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication.
- MBA / MSc will be an added advantage
- Membership of Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
- 5 years’ experience in brand management preferably in FMCG Industry.
- Strong research and creative thinking skills.
- BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- MBA / MSc is a plus.
- CIPM certification is compulsory
- Worldatwork Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP} will be an added advantage.
- 7 years relevant experience in Reward specialist function
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- BSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related field
- MBA / MSc will be an added advantage
- CIPM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR or any other recognised HR Certification is required.
- 7 years’ experience preferably in FMCG Industry, with at least 3 years managing HR in a factory.
- Experience as HR Generalist or Employee/Industrial Relations is a plus.
- Excellent People and Communication skills.
- LLB, BL
- LLM will be an added advantage.
- Proven 10 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment, out of which 5 years must have been in an established Law Firm.
- Outstanding knowledge of Corporate Laws and Procedures.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- BSc Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Science.
- MBA/MSc will be an added advantage
