All over the world, expectations of the Human resources function is on the rise. More is demanded of human resources as contributions to corporate goals and as such, the return value expected from the HR professional in the present day business clime cannot be under-emphasized.
The role of HR business partners (HRBP) are usually played by HR professionals who have to work closely with an organization’s executive leadership in order to develop a clear HR agenda that closely supports the overall objectives of the organization.
This concept was made popular by David Ulrich, who perceives HR business partnering as a critical HR function necessary in organizations with huge aspirations. Typically, HR business partners are often professionals in the field of human resources management, within a functional department, charged with the responsibility of putting staff engagement advisory and talent management data across to executives for ease of decision making, on a regular basis.
To bridge this gap Nevitt Consulting is organizing a 3 day training session in the months of June and July designed for HR Executives, Professionals, HR Officers/ Team Leads and HOD’s to address this challenge with its objectives as follows;
- Equiping HR professionals with the knowledge, skills and attributes required for them to offer sound and professional Human Resources advice to the various business functions in their organizations.
- Identifying how to achieve business objectives, through the design and implementation of agile and value-driven HR solutions and behaviors.
- Understanding the challenges to be faced in setting up a HRBP model in organizations and after the workshop, be equipped with the right information and knowledge to meet these challenges.
- The workshop has been designed to empower HR Professionals to be more strategic in their focus, speak the right business lingua and come to the table with a consulting mindset.
